Here are the average poll results for the months from February to September. This includes all data from Roy Morgan, Newspoll, Galaxy and AC Nielsen. The monthly results from each pollster were averaged, and then these were averaged across pollsters per month.

Looking at the chart, it appears that from March through to July the LNP showed an improvement in their primary vote - going from 35.2 to 40. Despite this 4.8% increase, the ALP only lost 2.4% from their primary, the rest coming from minor parties. It also appears that, since July, the LNP's comeback has stalled and their primary has decreased by 1 point.

It also tells us that September has been the ALP's strongest month since May, and is still above its primary voting intention in February.

Finally, there has been a gradual decrease in the minor party vote over the course of the year, with a 2.7% drop since February. This supports the recent commentary in the media which considers this election somewhat presidential - a choice between two personalities.
